• His perspectives and illustrations for Architecture studios were published in Summa, Casas (Buenos Aires), L’Architecture d’aujour d’hui (Paris), Architectural Design (London). • Comics Artist (art and script) during the ‘80s: Humor, El Porteño, Fierro, where his own character is published: Jiúrban. • Set and Wardrobe Designer for Opera and Theatre: he was in the ‘90s a part of the Venezuelan theater group Rajatabla. He worked in more than eighty stagings together with: Carlos Giménez, Margo Sappington, Constantino Juri, Jorge Petraglia, Eduardo Rodríguez Arguibel, Ugo Ulive, Héctor Manrique, Raúl Brambilla for productions in New York, Philadelphia, Mexico, Caracas, Cádiz, La Habana, Buenos Aires. Operas (highlights): Aida, I Pagliacci and The Human Voice (Teatro Argentino de La Plata, 2004), La Traviata, Tales of Hoffmann, I Pagliacci, L’Orontea (Teatro Rivera Indarte de Córdoba, in the ‘80s). Stage plays (highlights): The Tempest (New York, Philadelphia,1991), Caligula, Israfel, La Zarza Ardiendo, El Corazón en una Jaula, El Campo, La Cándida Eréndira. Musicals (highlights): Mozart el Ángel Amadeus, closing show for the Latin American Presidents Summit with the King of Spain (Mexico, 1991), La Intrusa, Discepolín, The Man of la Mancha (A.C.E. Awards 2004/2005 nominee), Victor Victoria (A.C.E. Awards 2005/2006 nominee). • Art Director for Ad Spots produced for U.S.A., Germany, Spain, Holland, Venezuela, Colombia, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Peru and Argentina. In Venezuela, he worked for the main production companies: OM Films, D´Linea, Bolívar Films, Triumph, Soda Films, A&B, together with directors such as Brian Welsh, Oscar Montauti, Alejandro Saderman, Maurizio De Vita, Hernán Jabes. In Buenos Aires, he worked for Contemporáneos, Brainstorm, M&D Films, Tipica Films, Awards Cine and True Pictures. He has been involved in more than one hundred and sixty commercials, contributed to win several awards and received particullary the New York Festival Bronze World Medal ´97 Best Art Direction. • Feature Films: he worked for Jorge Coscia in El General y la Fiebre, Production Design and Art Direction for Jennifer’s Shadow aka Chronicles of the Raven (starring Faye Dunaway), Puras Joyitas a film by Rivero and Oropeza and for Alejandro Saderman’s 100 Años de Perdón (Little Thieves, Big Thieves), co-produced by TNT. For this last film, he was awarded in 1999 the ANAC Prize (Venezuela) for Best Film Art Director. Short Films: Art Direction for En Los Roques… and 900-Pánico, both directed by Hernán Jabes (Venezuela). • As Commercial Film Director and associate to Soda Films, he shot between 1999 and 2001 important films for clients such as Movilnet, Televen, Discovery and Warner Channel. He resides since 2001 in Buenos Aires and works as freelance Director and Art Director.
