She was born in the Mexico City, D.F. (May 26, 1964) From 1984 to 1988 she studied Graphical Communication Design at University Autónoma Metropolitana, Xochimilco campus in Mexico City, and Master in Visual Arts Direction Painting, at National School of Plastic Arts ( UNAM). She has realized 33 collective exhibitions and 5 individual in México and internationally. She has obtained 4 prizes among them: In Mexico: 1991 First prize in Emblem for the magazine Punto de Partida (UNAM). 1993 Honorary Mention in the Second Catalog of Illustrators of Infantile and Youthful Publications of the National Council for the Culture and the Arts. 1995 first prize in the Contest of Drawing on Latin American Narrative of the Pen Goose Club, México, D.F. and her art work was selected in the International Exhibition of Plastic Arts 2004 of the Cultural Association "Valentin Ruiz Aznar" by its plastic work "Desert Flower" Casa de Cultura of Maracena.
